Liability Waiver & Code of Conduct. I understand that participation in basketball activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. On behalf of my player(s), I release Downer Basketball Academy, Lower Merion School District, the Kobe Bryant Gymnasium, and their respective staff and volunteers from liability for injuries sustained during clinic activities, except in cases of gross negligence. I certify that my player is physically able to participate. I authorize DBA staff to seek emergency medical treatment if needed and I agree my player will follow the code of conduct.
Refund & Cancellation Policy. Registration fees are non-refundable except that, for injury or withdrawal, we issue a credit toward a future DBA clinic; if DBA cancels a session, that session is credited or refunded. See the full refund policy and privacy policy.
