What ages are DBA camps and clinics for?
Our summer day camps at Lower Merion HS (Weeks 1 & 2) are for boys and girls ages 8–16. The West Chester camps at Westtown School (Weeks 1 & 2) are for ages 8–16. The overnight camp at Berkshire Trails is for boys ages 11–18. Fall and spring clinics are also open to a wide age range. Contact us if you're unsure about the right fit.
Where are camps held?
Downer Basketball Academy Week 1 and Week 2 are held at the Kobe Bryant Gymnasium at Lower Merion High School, 315 E. Montgomery Ave, Ardmore, PA 19003. Westtown Week 1 (July 27–31) and Westtown Week 2 (Aug 3–7) are held at Westtown School, 975 Westtown Rd, West Chester, PA. Our overnight camp takes place at Berkshire Trails Camp, 25 Deerwood Park Dr, Great Barrington, MA.
Is transportation available for overnight camp?
Yes — shuttle service is available from both the Philadelphia and New York City areas to Berkshire Trails.
What should my child bring to day camp?
Sneakers, athletic clothing, a water bottle, and lunch. All basketball equipment is provided.
How do I register?
All registration is handled online. Click any "Register" button on this site to sign up for camps and clinics.
Do clinics sell out?
Yes — both our fall and spring clinic series sell out every year. The 2026 Spring Clinics run Sundays from April 12 through May 17, 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM at the Kobe Bryant Gymnasium, LMHS. Register at the Spring Clinics card above or contact aceshoops@gmail.com. Financial aid available if needed. We recommend registering as early as possible to secure your spot.
